QHSE Manager

About the role

We are hiring a qualified and experienced QHSE Manager to lead quality, health, safety and environment across our facility management operations in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Develop QHSE policies and procedures
• Conduct inspections and internal/external audits
• Track and report QHSE KPIs
• Deliver staff QHSE training programs
• Liaise with clients and authorities
• Lead risk management: HIRA, JSA and hazard identification
• Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Environmental Science, or Occupational Health & Safety
• 8–10+ years in QHSE, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Facility Management (FM), O&M or similar industry background
• GCC / Saudi Arabia experience preferred
• Experience with CAFM systems

Mandatory certifications

• NEBOSH IGC/NGC/OSHA
• IOSH Managing Safely / Working Safely
• ISO Lead: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
